Continental, General and Yokohama Tire Rebate Details: Enclosed store-identified, dated, ORIGINAL, final paid invoice(s), with your name, eligible tire purchase and mounting with completed claim form. If more than one rebate is requested, documentation must be submitted for each eligible purchase. Photocopies will not be accepted. Cannot be combined with other offers.
